This doesn’t tell how to make pasta, it tells how to cook it
good point, Carrie (and I’m sorry it’s now late to change the url, but I will try to change the title). I have lived in the US for 20 years and still find that 90 percent people don’t know how to cook dry pasta, even when they use it regularly. I will consider making a whole post post about making fresh pasta (I have several recipes for it, but not a whole post with how-to & tips). Thanks again for your feedback!
